AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES
DRAWING PEOPLE
Ages 8-11
Blind contour drawings, portraits, figures in motion, invented characters. During this exploratory class, we will work with pencil, charcoal, collage, and brush and ink. It will be a time for playful experimentation with new techniques and materials, and a chance for each student to expand their own style and confidence in depicting people. 
5 Sessions
Dates: Wednesday, May 20, 27, June 3, 10, and 17
Time: 4:00-5:30
Cost: $170 per student including materials

SUMMER CLASSES
Dye, Print, SEW!
Ages 8-12
2 Weeks -July 13-17 & 20-24
In this 2-week summer class, kids will learn many different methods to work creatively with fabric as we dive into the rich traditions of sewing, dyeing, and printing. Children will learn to use sewing machines as well as hand sewing techniques including embroidery and applique and dye and print their own fabric. We will sew a variety of projects such as small bags, pillows, clothing, stuffies, and sun hats. It will be a very busy and fun 2 weeks of creating things to wear and use! 
Time: 9:00-12:00
Cost: $850 per child including materials

SO MANY PUPPETS!
Ages 6-9
1 Week -Monday-Friday, August 17-21
Kids will explore the magical world of puppetry making quick projects using paper, cloth and recycled materials, as well as paper mache hand puppets that will span a number of sessions to build, paint and decorate. On Friday we'll have a puppet show that you will be invited to enjoy!
Time: 10:00-12:00
Cost: $283 per child including materials
