Winter Art Classes!

WELCOME! WINTER CLASSES in Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Printmaking, Sewing, Puppets, Bookmaking, and more will begin in December at my studio - 256 West 116th Street just north of Central Park. HOMESCHOOL CLASSES
SCULPTURE & CONSTRUCTION - Monday This class is full.
Ages 8-11
In this class we will explore building and construction, working with a wide variety of materials and ideas. We'll play with balance, shape, space, and form as we make creatures, structures, and more.
10 Sessions
Dates: Monday, Dec 8, 15, Jan 5, 12, 26, Feb 2, 9, 23, March 2, and 9
Time: 3:14-4:45

INVENTED CHARACTERS & THEIR HOMES - Friday One spot still available.
Ages 7-10
Working with sewing, painting, paper mache, and found materials, students will create small creatures and characters from fairies to mythical beasts, then design and build their homes.
10 Sessions
Dates: Friday, March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 3, 10, 17, 24, May 1, and 8 (tentative schedule)
Time: 11:00-12:30

AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES
SEWING BY MACHINE & BY HAND -Wednesday This class is full.
Ages 8-12 
In this class students will build sewing skills while creating projects. Kids will work both with and wtihout sewing patterns.  Bags, pillows, stuffed animals, and clothing are all possible. It will be a fun dive into stitching things from cloth!

Dates: Wednesday, Nov 19, Dec 3, 10, 17, Jan 7, 14, 21, 28, Feb 4, and 11
Time: 4:00-5:30
Location: Pam's Studio, 256 West 116 St, Harlem
Cost: $370 per child including most materials

MAKING ART! -Thursday This class is full.
Ages 5-7
In this class we will explore lots of materials, giving children a wide variety of process-based artmaking experiences. Collage, drawing, sewing, painting, printmaking, construction, and puppets are all possible and will be introduced in a fun and supportive setting!
10 Sessions
Dates: Thursday, Dec 4, 11, 18, Jan 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5, 12, and 26.
Time: 4:00-5:00
Location: Pam's Studio 256 West 116 St, Harlem
Cost: $290 per child including materials
